DESCRIPTION: Standing on the right flank of the glide avalanche, which likely released Jan 8, 2004. It measured 3-8' deep, and approximately 45' wide. Sitting on a smooth rock slab and encapsulated by a rocky rim, it's likely that the warmer temperatures and solar radiation contributed to failure here.
