A rock fall triggered wet snow avalanche on the west side of Tony Grove Lake.

Over seven inches of water fell in the Tony Grove Area before Halloween, and moist freeze-thaw conditions,
like those in the first week in November, are ripe for rock fall

A large chunk of limestone rests on top of a moist pile of snow and mud deposition.

A wet pile of mixed earth and snow covers recent snowshoe tracks on the west side of Tony Grove Lake.
