This is a pile of debris from a natural avalanche that occurred during the avalanche cycle on Thursday. Winds were rapidly overloading slopes during that day. |

This was a small slide which only ran around 100 feet vertical distance with a width of 20 to 50 feet. A crown was not visible on Friday but at least one person reported seeing a crown on Thursday which would make this a small slab avalanche. This was on a south facing slope at around 7000 feet. |
